Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the managed Telegram store bot service ("the Service") provided by Ashok ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you ("the Customer") agree to them.
1. The Service
We host, maintain and support a Telegram bot that lets you sell digital content to your buyers. You receive access to a running bot. The Service does not include the sale, licence or transfer of any source code.
2. Your bot and accounts
- You create the Telegram bot yourself through @BotFather, and you own it.
- You hold your own payment gateway account (ZapUPI). All buyer payments go directly to that account. We never receive, hold or process your buyers' money.
- You are responsible for keeping your Telegram and payment gateway accounts secure, and for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and your payment gateway's terms.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all content you sell or distribute through the bot, and for your dealings with your buyers, including pricing, refunds, delivery disputes and customer support.
- You confirm that you own, or have the right to sell, all content you upload.
- You must not use the Service for content that is illegal, infringes anyone's copyright or other rights, or violates Telegram's policies. This includes pirated material and any content involving minors.
- We are not a party to any sale between you and your buyers.
4. Fees and payment
- The Service costs ₹3,000 / month, payable in advance at the start of each billing month.
- There is no setup fee and no commission on your sales.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used months. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing month after the notice period.
5. Late payment, suspension and data retention
- If a payment is missed, your bot keeps running for a grace period of 3 days.
- After the grace period, the Service is paused and your bot stops responding to buyers.
- Your store data is kept for 90 days after the Service is paused. Paying the outstanding amount within this period restores the Service with your data intact.
- After 90 days, your store data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
6. Suspension for misuse
We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately and without refund if we reasonably believe you are breaching section 3, acting unlawfully, or using the Service in a way that puts us, our infrastructure or other customers at risk.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by contacting us. If you cancel before the end of your paid period, the Service keeps running until that period ends, and you won't be charged again. Your data is then handled as described in section 5.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data and your buyers' data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and support
- We aim to keep the Service running continuously and to fix problems promptly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Outages or restrictions caused by Telegram, your payment gateway or other third parties are outside our control.
- Support is provided through Telegram at @tele_bot_creator.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through Telegram. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
