# Unlockly

> Unlockly is a fully managed Telegram store bot service for Telegram channel owners in India who sell digital content. Each customer gets their own branded Telegram bot. Buyers pay by UPI through the customer's own ZapUPI account and receive content instantly inside Telegram. There are three plans (Starter, Pro and Advanced, from ₹1,500 / month). All include hosting, maintenance, updates, unlimited buyers and nightly backups. There is no setup fee and no commission on sales.

Key facts:

- Delivery model: managed service (SaaS). Customers do not receive or buy source code.
- Ownership: the customer creates the bot with @BotFather and owns it. All buyer payments go directly to the customer's ZapUPI account. Unlockly never handles buyers' money.
- Payments: UPI only, via ZapUPI. Cards, wallets, other gateways and international payments are not supported.
- Language: English.
- Billing: monthly, paid in advance. A missed payment has a 3-day grace period, after which the bot is paused. Data is kept for 90 days, and paying within that window restores the store.

A free trial is available: 7 days or 10 sales, whichever comes first, with up to 2 products and every access plan priced up to ₹499. No payment is needed. It starts once the store is live. When it ends, new purchases pause (browsing and re-access keep working) until a plan is chosen; nothing is deleted. One trial per person and payment account.

- Flexible access plans per product: Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, Yearly and Lifetime, each with its own price, switched on or off by the owner. Buyers can extend early and the new time adds on to their current access; returning buyers can get a renewal discount; lifetime access never expires.
- All in One bundle (Pro and Advanced): one purchase unlocks every product the owner includes, including products added later; it has its own access plans and can include special files.
- Product cards show exactly what's included, e.g. "120 files: 100 Photos · 15 Videos".
- Automatic renewal reminders before access expires.
- Revenue dashboard: revenue, refunds, fees and profit for today, 7 days, 30 days and all time, plus user count and top products.
- Order tools: look up, re-deliver, refund, revoke access and block users.
- Broadcast messages to all users of the bot.
